“The siding LOOKS great on the outside, but pulling off old trim and leaving holes at the bottom of the old siding is terrible workmanship. All they had to do was snap a line, cut the bottom rotted trim even, and install a strip of Hardie board to make the siding underneath the vinyl SOUND, secure, safe. But no, they just put bits of wood where they had to nail the channel on the bottom, and left big holes in between. I could put my hand under the vinyl siding after it was installed, and feel the insulation. How is that acceptable, let alone something to be proud of? When I complained the project manager told the crew to cover the holes with the metal sheathing they were putting around the door and window frames. Really? Ugh -- Woodbridge was our worst home improvement decision ever.”
